Some stories are born by choice or by chance.
Our story was born for a pleasant occasion: a holiday in Corfu, Greece. It was in 1990 that we, the ESPOSITO family, nicknamed “Facen”, went on holiday to Corfu for the first time. From then until now, we have returned every year and the desire to accomplish something on this beautiful Greek island has grown more and more.

The opportunity arose in 2000, thanks to the purchase of a plot of land on which we wanted to build a house surrounded by greenery. In 2017 we completed the structure, which is now available to anyone who wants to live the pleasant experiences that we have lived, in over thirty years.

THE NAME

"FACEN"

We decided to call ourselves “Facen” to remember and keep alive the nickname of our grandfather, so called for his mediation skills in situations of discord; In this way, we intend to give continuity to the roots and, at the same time, build a future on solid foundations: believing in what you do is the right key to your happiness and the name is a guarantee.

Questo è il secondo anno che trascorro le vacanze in questa meravigliosa struttura, precisamente nella casetta "Luna" e, ogni volta che andiamo via lasciamo qui il nostro cuore... le casette sono davvero belle ed hanno tutti i confort (come foto allegate) e la struttura è vicina alle più belle spiagge di Corfù. Inoltre i proprietari sono molto disponibili, presenti e riservati.. Villa Facen  è davvero un luogo magico.. i padroni di casa, la tranquillità, la bellezza, la magia di questo posto ti lasciano un' esperienza senza eguali e tanta nostalgia ogni qualvolta le nostre vacanze terminano.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Siamo stati dal 18 al 25 luglio 2024, accoglienza fantastica, Tonino e Giustina hanno mostrato una disponibilità oltre misura. Casa davvero comoda e data di tutti i comfort compreso aria condizionata che in altri appartamenti non è solito trovare. L’isola vale la pena girarla tutta con spiagge fantastiche. Una serata al ristorante monastre ne vale la pena, con una vista paradisiaca. Villa Facen la consiglio a pieni voti

The host Pasquale is an amazing person, very helpful and super friendly :) Property was very nicely located, very conveniently with easy access to Palaiokastritsa (5 minutes), Corfu Town (about 20 minutes) and also to the beaches that are on the northern side of the island (about 35 to 40 minutes) and the Southern part (about 45 to 50 minutes). Property is very quite and each apartment has a very big veranda in front of it with a magnificent garden full of vegetables and a grilling area. Very fast internet provided that help us with our work. We had everything we wanted. Highly recommended
